About Me

Astha Tahmankar is an accomplished and highly experienced lawyer who has been providing exceptional legal services to her clients for over 15 years. She completed her LLB in 2008 and, since then, has built a thriving practice in various courts in Maharashtra. Her expertise extends to the Bombay High Court, City Civil and Sessions Court (both within and outside Maharashtra), Small Causes Court, Family Court (Mumbai and Pune), Magistrate Court, Co-operative Court, Consumer Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, and arbitrations.

Her primary area of practice is civil litigation, and she has a diverse range of expertise in a variety of issues, including but not limited to property disputes, family disputes, partnership disputes, proving of wills and estate administration, cooperative housing societies, dishonored checks, and breach of contract. 

She has a solid foundation in trial conduct, witness cross-examination, and courtroom advocacy. Furthermore, she has served as a visiting faculty member at the NMIMS School of Law and taught the Civil Procedure Code from 2015 to 2016.
